His Instagram account answers several pressing questions and he also shares quick exercise combinations you could try within your home or when you are outdoors without any gear.

Also an author belonging to the third generation of the Jois family, and his grandfather, K Pattabhi Jois is credited with popularising the vinayasa style of Ashtanga Yoga.
