Thanks! As someone formerly obese, I found lesson 15 very interesting (I think this section is new?)
One thing I noticed in myself that based on conversations with others seems to be somewhat uncommon is that I rarely feel «full» after a meal. If the fullness feeling arrives it is hours after the meal - unless I overeat. Is there some technical term for this?Last edited by EiFit91; Today at 10:42 AM.
