Taika Waititi Surprises Fans at Special Screening of 'Free Guy'

Taika Waititi is celebrating the release of his new movie!

The 45-year-old actor, director, and writer surprised fans at a special screening of his new movie Free Guy on Friday evening (August 13) at El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles.

While arriving at the opening night screening, Taika did some funny poses with a cardboard cutout of his co-star Ryan Reynolds.

Inside the theater, Taika joked around and answered questions from moviegoers.

Earlier this month, Taika and his famous new girlfriend made their red carpet debut at the premiere of The Suicide Squad.
