Jana Pittman is one of the 18 celebrities who will be subjected to extreme physical and psychological testing on Seven's upcoming military-style show SAS Australia.
And in a dramatic new trailer aired on Sunday, the retired Olympic hurdler-turned-doctor said she hopes to make her 'beautiful children proud' in a course that will test her 'beyond anything' she's ever done.
The 38-year-old, who welcomed her fourth child in December, collapses at the end of the sneak peek, with SAS Chief Instructor Ant Middleton rushing to her rescue.

'I'm a dual Olympian in the summer and winter games. I'm a mum of four. I'm now a doctor,' Jana says at the beginning of the trailer, reflecting on her achievements.

Jana joins 17 other Aussie celebrities who will face a series of physical and psychological tests, including NRL star Sam Burgess and beauty queen Erin Holland.
In punishing conditions, the star recruits will be pushed to their physical and mental limits, with no allowances made for their celebrity status.
