The Tibba police have registered a theft case against Bittu Gumber Latia, president of Shiv Welfare Society, Vikas Chabra and his father Amarjit Chabra.

Complainant Kunal Kumar of Banda Bahadur Colony said Vikas was working in the washing and dyeing section of his factory. On July 2, he stole 1,600 T-shirts and sold the same to Bittu. Vikas had also stolen his motorcycle on July 27. Investigating officer ASI Gurdev Singh said after registering a case, further probe had been initiated. — TNS
