Bihar`s Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS), Patna has issued a notification for the recruitment of 93 posts of Junior Resident and 24 posts of Senior Resident for its different departments. Candidates having the qualification as per the posts can directly attend the interview along with their filled application form.
Interview for Junior Resident will be held on 1st September. The interview for Senior Resident will be held on 2nd and 3rd September. Candidates must have MBBS from an institute recognized by Medical Council of India.
Whereas for Senior Resident Doctors, the qualification should be PG, MD, MS, MDS with relevant medical specialization.
Candidates maximum age limit should be up to 45 years. The maximum age limit of applicants is 45 years as on 1st September 2021. There is a relaxation of maximum age of 5 years for SC, ST and 3 years for women, EBC, BC.
The application form can be downloaded from the official website www.igims.org, while the fee will have to be paid 1000 rupees.
According to the advertisement issued, SC, ST, OBC will have to pay Rs 250 for the application, which will have to be paid in the form of demand draft in the name of Director, IGIMS, Patna. 69,700 to 71,800 rupees will be given as salary every month according to the posts. It is being told that there was a long wait for recruitment to these posts.
This is considered a good opportunity for unemployed youth having educational qualification. A large number of applicants have been estimated to reach these posts. IGIMS management has also started preparations regarding this.
