Madras Fertilizers shuts down its ammonia and urea plants from today for maintenance purpose

The company said that the ammonia/urea plant is expected to resume production during the first week of September 2021, tentatively.

Madras Fertilizers has shut down its ammonia and urea plants from Friday onward for undertaking annual turnaround maintenance.

The company said that the ammonia/urea plant is expected to resume production during the first week of September 2021, tentatively.

On NSE, the company's stock finished at Rs30.50 per piece down by 2.4%.

The stock has touched an intraday high and low of Rs31.50 per piece and Rs30.30 per piece respectively.
