- Selling for a friend - he's moved to a 3070.
Please comment if adding to the conversation - humbly, no wise ones about the value of BTC :| Thanks.
Price - If a 2060 sells for 50k, and a 1060 for 30k, then well...
Working condition- works perfectly fine - has the 'fan stop' mode on all of the time barring gaming. I tested this for a day before listing.
Physical condition- Just about OK. The fans are perfectly fine - however the metal backplate has slight wear signs and the heatsink was malhandled by the service center so is mildly impacted.. The rest is as - in the pics.
Modifications - Thin copper shim on the GPU. Artic cooling MX4 paste applied today. Temps seem OK (better than my 2080 in a closed mITX). Replaced the VRM pads since when I took the card apart to check out the PCB, the VRM pads weren't in great shape. So I did the needful.
Red signs - one missing screw on the VRM heat sink which does nothing to the effectiveness since I replaced the thermal pad with a thick one to spread the pressure out.
Temps - the pictures... Heaven was run for 20 minutes. I do not have any other tools installed at the moment.
Warranties - none. I do not know the history of the card barring that my friend does some video work professionally. The card works perfectly fine here, and once it leaves the door, I cannot guarantee a thing- which is why it's always best if you can drop by and pick up the card. I have packed and shipped tons of things so the shipping shouldn't be the real threat to the integrity of the product once handed overr.
Performance - Similar to a 1080 and 2060.
