The Epanjiyan Rajasthan registration and stamps or the inspector-general of registration and stamps (IGRS) of Rajasthan, is responsible for levying taxes on property transactions and other related activities and generating the revenue crucial for the state’s growth. IGRS property valuation for citizens

Find out the exact value of your property in Rajasthan by logging in to the official Epanjiyan Rajasthan Registration and Stamps department website. On your left-hand side, click on the ‘property valuation’ option. You will be directed to the following page.

 

 

Next, enter your phone number, verification code, challan number and OTP to proceed.

Note that, if you are using the IGRS website to find property
valuation, this option comes under the DLC Rates option.

You will be led to another page, which will have both, DLC rates (old) and DLC rates (new). When you click on DLC rates (new), you will be directed to the Epanjiyan Rajasthan Registration and Stamps Department website from where you have to follow the process as mentioned above.

DLC rate information

DLC rate (or District Level Committee rate) is the minimum value of property at which the registration of sale of a plot, apartment, house or land takes place. You can view these rates on the IGRS website by clicking on DLC rates. You can check DLC rates (old) at https://igrs.rajasthan.gov.in/dlc-rates-status-all.htm. On the Epanjiyan Rajasthan registration and stamps, you can click on DLC rate information on the left side of the homepage and proceed to get this information.

 

 

You will need to click on the district to view the DLC rates, both old and new rates.

Note: Presenting the Rajasthan state budget for 2021-22, chief minister Ashok Gehlot announced a cut in the DLC rate by 10%. The registration charge for flats priced up to Rs 50 lakhs, has also been reduced from 6% to 4%.

Book an appointment: eStepin-Online time slot booking

You can make an appointment online to register the document. Simply log on here. You will be asked to enter details like district, sub-registrar’s office, preferred date and time, CRN and OTP, besides your contact details and name.

 

View land dispute cases in Rajasthan

You can also check land dispute details on the epanjiyan website. Simply click on the option provided in the left-hand side of the landing page. You will be asked to choose the district. Once you make the selection, an entire list of dispute cases will be displayed on your screen.

eStamp verification in Rajasthan

Step 1: Once you log on to the official website, you can click on the ‘E-citizen’ tab to access services. To use the eStamp verification, click on the option and proceed.

 

 

Step 2: Verify the certificate by choosing the state name from the drop-down menu, choose the certificate number, stamp duty type, certificate issue date, session ID, etc., as seen in the picture below.

On the left-hand side column of the official website, you would see a ‘Citizen Area’. Proceed to ‘Online Stamp Refund’ under this and you will be directed to the following page, which will ask you for your contact number and verification code.

 

Grievance redressal on IGRS Rajasthan

You can lodge a complaint or track the status of your complaint through IGRS Rajasthan and Sampark services. To access this, follow the steps:

Step 1: Log on to the official website of IGRS Rajasthan.

Step 2: Go to the E-citizen tab. Proceed to ‘Grievance’ to begin the process. Alternatively, you can also click here, which is the direct link.

 

 

 

Step 3: To file a complaint, click on the tab ‘Lodge your grievance’ as shown in the picture above. So far, the department has disposed of 67.14 lakh cases against 68.35 lakh registered cases.
