My name is DJ. I'm 5ft 8 and 190 lbs. My goal is burn the belly fat, and get muscules I'm tired of eating unhealthy. I'm 17 days without a soda. I no longer crave them. I use to drink like it was water. Almost 2 to 3 liters a day. I got over 200 lbs, and I decided I have to change how I take care of myself.
