Covid-19: Only 1 tests positive in Varanasi district, 2 recover

VARANASI: One person tested positive for Covid-19 while two patients were declared cured in Varanasi district on Thursday. No fatality due to coronavirus infection was reported in the district in the last 24 hours.
According to the daily medical bulletin, with the cumulative number of positive cases increased to 82,376. With two recoveries, so far, 81,583 patients have recovered in the district. Currently, there are 20 active cases of Covid-19 in Varanasi.
Chandauli district reported no new case of Covid-19, while one patient was declared cured on Thursday. The tally of positive cases remained at 16,198, while with the recovery of one patient, so far, 15,840 patients have recovered in the district. Currently, Chandauli has two active cases of Covid-19.
Earlier, Jaunpur district too reported no new case of Covid-19 on Wednesday, keeping the number of positive cases at 22,568. So far, 22,325 patients have recovered in the district. Currently, Jaunpur has nine active cases of Covid-19.
