Over 372 million people in Europe watched the Olympic Games in Tokyo across TV and digital, Eurosport reported, adding that the number was over 10 percent more than the Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang, in 2018. Momentum was driven by Discovery+ with its combination of free-to-air and pay-TV services. Almost 3 times more people signed up to Discovery's subscription services compared to games in PyeongChang.
