Turkcell group revenues grow 24% to TRY 7 bln in Q2

Turkcell saw its group revenues grow 23.5 percent to TRY 6.924 billion in Q2. Turkcell Turkey's strong ARPU and subscriber performance, the international operations contribution and higher equipment revenues backed by digital channels supported the sales increase. EBITDA improved 22.7 percent year-on-year to TRY 2.824 billion, leading to an EBITDA margin of 40.5 percent, while EBIT was up 25.5 percent for a margin of 20.2 percent. Net income rose 30.6 percent to TRY 852 million, and total capex increased to TRY 2.713 billion from TRY 1.762 billion a year earlier.
