Ind vs Eng, 2nd Test, Day 1 live: India 150/2 after 50 overs. WICKET! Jimmy Anderson with his second dismissal of the day! Removes struggling Cheteshwar Pujara. Anderson bowls a in-swinging delivery in the previous ball which Pujara played with confidence, however, in the last delivery of the over, Anderson changes the seam position and the ball moves away, it catches Pujara's edge and Jonny Bairstow takes a comfortable catch at third slip.

Ever since dismissing Rohit sharma, he has troubled KL Rahul and Cheteshwar Pujara, especially Pujara on multiple occassions. In the previous over, Pujara edged the ball and he was lucky that the ball went past Rory Burns in slip.

Right in the last ball of the 40th over Sam Curran hit Rohit Sharma's boot with a yorker and appealed, but the umpire dismissed it as the ball was clearly heading down the leg.

Pacers have been pretty much ineffective for England so far, however, Mark Wood with his pace have troubled both KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma here and there. So, Joe Root introduced the only recognised spinner in his squad, Moeen Ali and he bowled a maiden first over and almost, almost got KL Rahul's wicket in the last delivery.

The stylish opening batsman completes his first half-century of the series in 83 balls. since the restart, India have been in control of the game as much they would like to. Both Rohit and KL Rahul are playing some sensible cricket, respecting the good balls and hammering the others.
