GIC HOUSING net profit stood at Rs 797 million for the quarter ended March 2021, compared to a profit of Rs 610 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 4.1% to Rs 3.0 billion during the period as against Rs 3.1 billion in January-March 2020.
For the year ended March 2020, GIC HOUSING reported 73.5% decrease in net profit to Rs 456.0 million compared to net profit of Rs 1.7 billion during FY19.
Revenue of the company grew 1.9% to Rs 12 billion during FY20.
The current Price to earnings ratio of GIC HOUSING, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 8.1x.
