    NSE-BSE bulk deals: MIT buys stake in Globus Spirits, HDFC MF ups Timken stake

    Synopsis

    In another transaction, HDFC Mutual Fund bought additional 595,000 shares of Timken India at Rs. 1,535.6 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE.

    MUMBAI: Massachusetts Institute of Technology today bought 900,000 shares of at Rs. 823 apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

    In another transaction, HDFC Mutual Fund bought additional 595,000 shares of India at Rs. 1,535.6 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE.

    Prior to today's purchase, HDFC Mutual Fund held 1.95 per cent stake in the company as of June 30.

    Meanwhile, Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait today sold 106,950 shares of CMI at Rs. 51.2 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE.
