VICTORIA'S LATEST COVID-19 OUTBREAKS:
CASES
* 21 new locally acquired cases
* 17 linked cases
- 10 linked to Al-Taqwa College, three staff members, one student and six household members
- Four to Newport FC, one player and three household contacts
- Three to Caroline Springs shopping centre
* Four unlinked cases
- A man from the inner north, has some social contacts
- Three people from two separate households in Glenroy, one is a child who attends Glenroy West Primary School
* 15 cases isolating while infectious
* Six cases were not isolating while infectious
* Two people in hospital, none in intensive care
* Two interstate cases
- Two women who illegally flew from Sydney to Melbourne and tested positive in hotel quarantine
* 137 active cases in Victoria, including hotel quarantine cases
VACCINATIONS
* 25,418 vaccines administered on Wednesday at state-run hubs
* 9600 people have received their first dose of AstraZeneca over the last three days
* 11,600 people booked in for their first dose of AstraZeneca for rest of the week

BUSINESS SUPPORT PACKAGE
* $367 million joint Commonwealth-Victorian package for more than 100,000 businesses across Melbourne
- $41 million boost to the Small Business COVID Hardship Fund with grants of $10,000 available to small- and medium-sized businesses across the state
- A new $271 million Business Costs Assistance Program to help businesses across multiple sectors to continue paying overheads and other costs with $2800 grants
- $55 million for grants to more than 7000 licensed hospitality venues in Melbourne under the Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund program
