Asus is available for 45k at primeabgb
Saphhire at 47k

But in my opinion Nvida wins over here and AMD has never been successful in India due to bad pricing :|

Wish I knew. No one knows tbh. Your best bet is to buy at launch and not wait. Recent history has shown best prices at launch only, after that they generally rise.
