Police investigating after man shot in Avondale Wednesday night

Cincinnati Police are investigating a shooting that happened in Avondale Wednesday night. 

At around 9:30 p.m., police were dispatched in the 600 block of Forest Avenue for a reported shooting. 

Police said a man with a gunshot wound was found at the scene and taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Police said the investigation into the shooting is ongoing, and there is no suspect information at this time.
