Stuart Broad was replaced by Mark Wood, batsman Haseeb Hameed came in place of Zak Crawley and all-rounder Moeen Ali was picked ahead of Dan Lawrence. The first Test match ended in a draw after Day 5 was completely washed out due to rain in Nottingham.
