GOP congressman heckled for saying 2020 election wasn't stolen

Rep. Dan Crenshaw of Texas was heckled during a fundraiser for Senate candidate Bobby Piton of Illinois. After Crenshaw said the 2020 election was not stolen due to voter fraud, a heckler in the crowd said, “You’re wrong. ... You’ll see.”

- I have plenty of proof. I have proof in Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.

- I know. You told me you did the Maricopa. How'd that turn out?

- And guess what? It's going to turn out, it's going to flip.

- You watch. We're gonna-- you're going to see it first hand.

- It won't. It won't. And you've got to flip all five states to make it work.

- You know how they're stealing the election?

- All right. I'm not going to run with this. Not going to [INAUDIBLE] with this. It's just something like-- I'll say it bluntly. This is something you have to accept. Is there are a lot of voter fraud? Yeah, there probably is. Enough that Trump won? No, absolutely not.

- You'll see.

- Absolutely not. Five different states, hundreds of thousands of votes? You're kidding yourself.

Wearing a mask should give you confidence that you are not infecting others..."Back-to-school is anything but ‘normal’ in Florida… where Republican Governor Ron DeSantis has faced defiance over his order that prevents local officials from deciding whether to require that masks be worn. Florida's Broward County school board on Tuesday flouted the ban by DeSantis - voting eight to one on masking-up at school.   • Supreme Court blocks part of NY eviction moratorium

    The Supreme Court on Thursday blocked part of New York's moratorium on evictions, put into effect because of the coronavirus pandemic, less than a month before it was supposed to expire anyway. The legal issue is distinct from those surrounding a new moratorium that applies in most of the country that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention imposed last week. Over three dissenting votes, the court said New York could no longer enforce a provision that allows renters to stave off eviction by submitting a hardship declaration form that tells the state they lost income or had more expenses during the pandemic or that moving would harm their health.
