The BSE Sensex is at 54,702 (up 0.1%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are POWER GRID (up 2.3%), ITC (up 1.7%) and M&M (up 1.0%). Other gainers include BAJAJ AUTO (up 0.5%) and TECH MAHINDRA (up 0.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are POWER GRID and ITC.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 16,330 (up 0.1%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include ITC (up 1.8%), POWER GRID (up 1.8%) and M&M (up 1.5%). Other gainers include TATA MOTORS (up 1.2%) and UPL (up 0.9%).
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 38,182 to 54,702, registering a gain of 16,520 points (up 43.0%).
TECH MAHINDRA net profit stood at Rs 14 billion for the quarter ended June 2021, compared to a profit of Rs 13 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 5.7% to Rs 102.0 billion during the period as against Rs 96.5 billion in April-June 2020.
For the year ended March 2021, TECH MAHINDRA reported 11.5% increase in net profit to Rs 43.5 billion compared to net profit of Rs 39.0 billion during FY20.
Revenue of the company grew 2.7% to Rs 379 billion during FY21.
The current Price to earnings ratio of TECH MAHINDRA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 24.4x.
