Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has expressed concern over excessive rainfall in many parts of Rajasthan and below-average rainfall in some parts.


Ashok Gehlot tweeted in this regard today that there has been excessive rainfall in many parts of the state and rain in some parts has been below average, which is a matter of concern. According to the situation, instructions have been given to the administration for special girdawari in different districts so that timely assistance can be provided to the victims.

He said that it is the experience in the districts with less rainfall that August receives more rainfall, due to which the rainfall level becomes normal. This time also it is expected from the forecasts of the Meteorological Department.

It is worth noting that these days the monsoon has started weakening in Rajasthan. For this reason, people are once again suffering from the heat. However, there is a possibility of rain again in the state from August 20.
