INDIABULLS REAL EST net profit down at Rs 49 million for the quarter ended June 2021, compared to a loss of Rs 807 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 28.0% to Rs 5.2 billion during the period as against Rs 7.2 billion in April-June 2020.
For the year ended March 2020, INDIABULLS REAL EST reported 75.5% decrease in net profit to Rs 1.2 billion compared to net profit of Rs 5.0 billion during FY19.
Revenue of the company grew 33.8% to Rs 33 billion during FY20.
The current Price to earnings ratio of INDIABULLS REAL EST, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 67.7x.
