A Westwood man was arrested Tuesday after police said he raped two children more than two years ago.
John Boyd, 74, is charged with two counts of rape in connection with the offenses which investigators said happened in July 2019. At that time, both children were under the age of 13.
Court documents state the victims and Boyd have made statements supporting the charges.
DNA evidence was also used to support the charges, according to the documents.
Boyd is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center. He is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
Public records available to The Enquirer do not indicate that Boyd has any prior criminal convictions.
