Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that it is the top priority of the state government to provide good governance to the general public and to make access to all the services of government departments sitting at home with the use of information technology.
CM Gehlot said this while addressing the review meeting of the Information Technology and Communication Department at the Chief Minister's residence through VC. For this, Ashok Gehlot has directed the officers to proceed to ensure online delivery of all types of civic services.
During this, he reviewed the plans, programs, and budget announcements of the department. Ashok Gehlot has given information in this regard by tweeting.
He has also directed all the departments to share the information of all their schemes and programs on the public information portal by October 2 this year. He said that Rajasthan would be the first state to take such initiative for transparency and good governance using IT.
