CBI exposes deputy commissioner in Bihar, fraud in UPSC by providing fake documents

A youth from Bihar became deputy commissioner with the help of fake degree. The CBI has brought the reality of this Natwarlal to the fore during the investigation. After which a summon has also been issued to appear in the CBI court.

The difficulties of Deputy Commissioner Navneet Kumar posted in the Central GST Office of Patna have increased. According to Hindustan newspaper, Navneet Kumar rigged the degree and cleared the civil services examination conducted by the country`s most prestigious Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

He passed the Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC in 2007 by giving wrong certificates. This has been revealed in the CBI investigation.

CBI investigation has revealed that Deputy Commissioner Navneet Kumar is actually Rajesh Kumar of Bettiah. In 2007, he cleared the UPSC exam by falsifying the birth certificate and educational certificate.

When its complaint came to the fore, the CBI started its investigation in 2019 by registering a case of forgery, cheating.

CBI has completed its research in this case. Chargesheet has been filed against Rajesh Kumar (fake name- Navneet Kumar) in Patna CBI Court on 30th July.

The court has taken cognizance in the case under several different sections of the offense. The accused has been summoned to appear in the CBI court.

Let us inform that the CBI in its investigation found that Rajesh Kumar is the son of Jai Narayan Sharma of Bettiah. Who studied from Jawahar Vidyalaya in 1987. The birth certificate mentions 5 December 1974,

Rajesh prepared a fake birth certificate and educational certificate to take the UPSC exam and passed the UPSC exam in 2007. After which he became Deputy Commissioner in GST. But later all the poles came out in the open.
