    WALKOUT TUTORIAL
    Walkout is a plank variation that’s increasingly popular in exercise classes of all kinds, thanks to its core and shoulder-strengthening ability. While it’s a full-body movement, the walk out mainly targets the abdomen. It can be modified to satisfy all fitness levels, but most always involves shifting your body weight onto your hands and beginning to walk them forward until your body is in line from your head to your heels.
