T-Mobile US raises USD 2 bln in debt offering for refinancing

T-Mobile US is raising USD 2 billion in a private debt offering to institutional investors. The issue includes USD 1.3 billion of 3.4 percent senior notes due 2052 and USD 700 million of 3.6 percent senior notes due 2060.
