Inside Kajal Aggarwal's first Hariyali Teej celebration post marriage with family

Everything first is special; the first kiss, first love, first day in a new job, and the likes. Actress Kajal Aggarwal, too, is ecstatic to be celebrating her first Hariyali Teej with her family, since her marriage to Gautam Kitchlu last year. This festival is celebrated by women with much fanfare in most Indian states. On this day, women usually adorn themselves with jewellery, new clothes and mehendi. Sharing her joy, the actress took to Instagram to post some glimpses from the day. Dressed in a delightful green suit, the actress flaunted her henna. She accessorized her traditional look with a stunning choker, stylish earrings and topped the look off with a stunning red rose for maang tikka. In a series of pictures, Kajal’s mother was seen decking her for the special celebration and she even posed with several of her relatives too. Kajal, who tied the knot with her longtime love Gautam on August 30, 2020, will complete a year of her wedding this month. The couple had tied the knot at a five-star hotel in Mumbai. Their low key celebration amid the COVID-19 pandemic was attended only by close family and friends due to restrictions. Post their wedding and honeymoon, Kajal and Gautam moved into a plush new home in South Mumbai, which they decorated together. Ever since tying the nuptial knot, the actress has been more than happy to share sneak peeks of her happy married life with her fans and followers. Meanwhile, on the work front, the actress has been shooting for her pan-India film 'Uma' with director Tatagatha Singha in Kolkata. She has reportedly been putting in 16 hours daily over the past few weeks and the film is nearing completion. She often shares photos from her vanity van on her Instagram stories. She was last seen opposite John Abraham in ‘Mumbai Saga’.
