It’s the highest selling AIB in China, have launched in my knowledge recently in India with RPTECH, they also are the warranty and service providers for the card
So basically the "Xioami/Vivo" of Graphics card 
Clear avoid, worst quality of components as compared to other AIB partners. Wait for 2-3years before you buy it India.
Yep, lowest tier.
Same tier as MSI Armor, sometimes even below that - and Armor cards had worse thermals than reference even during the 10 series era.
as much as inno3d, in simple term bad, not good to pick unless there is no option to choose from asus, gigabyte or msi
Inno3d has improved thermals on rtx 30 series don't compare with colourful as their 30 series thermals are bad fps drop and high temperature may be above 80 degree
I am using inno3d rtx 3070ti x3 oc with temp 70 -73 degree on 4k gaming

Do you mean - Samsung is worse than Vivo?!
Inno3D/Galax and Colorful are B Tier but their High End GPU are good when it comes to Thermals. If you have the stash to spend, then go for MSI or Gigabyte.
Colorful advanced OC, ultra OC are pretty good. They're equal to gigabyte gaming oc/inno3d x3, x4 and better than zotac , msi ventus in terms of thermals. This is for 3070/3080.
How much heat samsung generates that I am saying
Don't know about their GPUs but I did purchase their B460m Frozen V20 motherboard, thought the motherboard was pretty good, their bios was completely broken and even an update ( which I had to download from their Chinese website as it wasn't available on their global site) didn't fix it. So overall I would suggest avoid products that require long term software support. Gpus should be fine as nvidia handles the drivers, just check the review of the card you are interested in.
