Hey guys,
I want to put together a supplement routine as I've been having trouble going up in weights I use. I did some searching and it would seem that this is pretty good:
Mass gainer protein: Up your mass
Only if you are having trouble getting enough calories to gain weight on whole, natural foods
Arachidonic acid: X-factor from Molecular Nutrition
(I am skeptical of this item as I do not really know the science around it)
The why are you putting it in your body?? You need to know exactly what you're putting in your body, what it does, and why you're using it!
Estrogen suppressor: Estrodex (I have also seen people recommend this but on the bottle it notes use after pro-hormone use and pro-hormones seem pretty close to steroids to me) (Is it normal to use without finishing pro-hormone use?)
Again, why? Have you had your E levels tested? Are they high?
Pre-workout: C4 or anything that works well really.
Could be beneficial for added energy, pump, motivation etc...
Vitamins: Orange triad? Whats better?
Yes, and nothing is better than OT
Testosterone booster: Whats good?
How old are you? Have you had your test levels tested?
Creatine: Gold standard?
Yes; any brand of creatine mono...it's all the same...find the cheapest thing on sale
What makes a very good routine for someone who is trying to gain mass.
Eating in a caloric surplus. You don't
have to do all the calorie counting, logging etc...but it does help. What you
do need to do is eat enough calories so you are consistantly gaining at least .5 lb per week, every single week
Let me know what you think please!
