Brie Larson Gives an Update About 'The Marvels'

Brie Larson is providing a MCU update!

The 31-year-old Captain Marvel actress opened up about her character in the upcoming film during an appearance on SiriusXM’s The Jess Cagle Show on Wednesday (August 11).

During their conversation, she hinted at what’s to come.

“Gosh, so much going on, a lot of really juicy things happening that I cannot say a word about. But, boy oh boy, is it good. And you’re going to be very excited about it,” she teased about the sequel project, directed by Nia DaCosta.

“She’s amazing. She’s so awesome and cool and clear,” she added of the director.

“The thing that I loved about her too, she gave the best pitch. That’s the thing that I love about it, she just came in, was ready, had such an incredible take on this story and on this film. And I’m so happy that she’s guiding this. I’m thrilled,” she continued.

The Marvels takes place in the present day, and is set to premiere on November 11, 2022.
