CM Arvind Kejriwal to launch faceless transport services in Delhi today, check details

Residents of Delhi no longer need to visit RTO for vehicle-related documents like driving licenses, registration certificates. All such documents can now be accessed from the RTO website (www.transport.delhi.gov.in). The Delhi government has also issued helpline number 1076.

33 services of the Transport Department will become faceless from today. Now applicants will not need to go to the Transport Department office for vehicle-related documents. Duplicate driving license, change of address, new conductor license, registration certificate, duplicate RC, NOC, permit transfer, passenger service vehicle badge and other transport related documents can also be obtained through online application. With the services going faceless, lakhs of applicants every month will get a big relief.

Now e learning license will be available at home. You can give online test at home, office or educational institution. The Learning License will be generated immediately on passing the test.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will launch the system of faceless transport services on Wednesday. The government has termed it as a gift of 75th anniversary of independence. The Transport Department has also issued SOP for this.

Four MLO offices in Delhi will be closed from today, these include the names of Sarai Kale Khan, IP Estate, Vasant Vihar and Janakpuri. The work related to the vehicles of these offices and the charioteer portal will be done in Raja Garden and Dwarka in the southern region. After making the services faceless, the Transport Department has ordered the closure of four offices for 33 services.
