Jalna, Aug 9 (UNI) Health Minister Rajesh Tope on Monday directed to concern to take stern action against those who were roaming without masks and increase RTPCR tests in district.
However, Jalna district has got some relief from the restrictions imposed by the government on corona, there will be no congestion in public places and the incidence of corona will not increase for which take action against those who were roaming without mask.
He was speaking in a review meeting which was held in the auditorium of the District Collector Office in connection with the Corona situation District.
Collector Dr. Vijay Rathod, Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer Manuj Jindal, District Superintendent of Police Vinayak Deshmukh, Additional Collector Ankush Pinate, Resident Deputy Collector Keshav Netke, Kalyanrao Sapate, Deputy Collector Ravindra Parlikar among all the top brass concern officials were present.
Mr. Tope said that care should be taken to ensure that the number of RTPCR tests in district is not reduced. Although the positivity rate of Corona in district is low at present, he directed to take necessary precautions to prevent this rate from increasing in future.
Equally important are masks, social distance and vaccinations to prevent coronary heart disease.
Jalna district should be more vigilant about vaccination in rural areas so that it does not lag behind other districts in terms of vaccination,He added.
