Could you guys suggest some LCD cleaners, both for matte and glossy LCDs and also mirrors? And also, something which can get rid of long-time sticky dust from plastic surfaces like found on cabinet, mouse, keyboard and similar?

Just use good old Colin for cleaning and the stickyness doesn't usually come unless you don't clean stuff regularly or use eatables near devices and use your dirty hands on them. It's upto you to maintain cleanliness.
With regular cleaning you won't see that ever, there's no magic liquid/cleaner that does it once and for all.

I haven't cleaned anything since Covid. Maids who were in charge of all these were asked to not come. So it's been like 1.5 years, of dust accumulation.

You can try 70% IPA or acetone to clean of oil from mirrors ( though be careful when using them on monitor )

Use Colin Blue Spray to clean the marks on monitors, cabinet side panels while use Blower to blow away the dust accumulated on the fans and in the cabinet.
