Political unrest, pandemic affect Tunisia's apparel exports

The apparel industry of Tunisia has been hit hard by the pandemic as well as the political turmoil in the country. Exports dropped significantly by 90.93 per cent to $25.03 million towards the end of the second quarter of this year from $276.01 million in March 2021. However, they are expected to recover in the second half of this year.
