We’re looking for Property Sales Consultants to join our vibrant team! The person will be working closely with the founding team to identify property trends and establish transaction potential in Manipur.

Job Description:

o Assist clients for property rent out or sales by providing appropriate recommendations and services
o Ensure all enquiries and feedback are attended to promptly and efficiently
o Build up and maintain a good rapport with the clients to create a trustworthy and reliable network between the clients
o Prepare the documents involved in the transactions
o Build and maintain an extensive database of properties
o Coordinate and work closely with other respective on company need and development
o Work closely with the Singapore & Malaysia team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

o Good communication skills – both Manipuri and English
o Degree holder in business or any fields
o Around 1 - 3 years of work experience
o Driven, committed with positive learning attitude
o Computer skills – effective user of MS Office & Phone applications
o Passionate in building and maintaining good client relationships
o Possess own transportation would be a plus
