I'm 30yo, Male, 5'11 (176 cms), 70kgs (154 lbs). First 6 months in 2020 I cut down from 80kgs to 70kgs (first picture) and stalled - had to take a break from working out, moved countries. Meanwhile lost muscle and gained fat - weighing in at 70kgs now with a skinny fat physique (current pictures).
I was looking for advice on whether I should restart with a cut get down to 12-13% Bf at 65-67kgs before bulking or start a long slow bulk phase (5-10% over TDEE)?
I would like to get rid of the fat for once but I already look super skinny.
