Amtek Auto Ltd vide its announcement dated August 04, 2021 informed the Exchange that Hon’ble NCLAT vide its order dated April 16, 2021, has dismissed the appeal of DVI against the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble NCLT vide order dated July 9, 2020.  The said Resolution Plan provides for delisting of equity shares of the Company without any exit price to the existing shareholders of the Company.

Trading in the securities of the Company is currently suspended w.e.f. September 10, 2018 on account of non-compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for two consecutive quarters i.e. December 2017 and March 2018.

In view of the above circumstances and to avoid market complications weekly trading in the securities of the Company, Amtek Auto Ltd., shall continue to remain suspended, till further notice.
