New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday that he plans to step down from office in two weeks. One week after an investigation concluded that he had sexually harassed 11 women and retaliated against his accusers, Cuomo told members of the press, "The best way I can help now is if I step aside and let the government get back to governing, and therefore, that's what I'll do."
