Bihar Marketing Cooperative Federation Biscomaun opened a Kisan Service Centre at Madanpur in Aurangabad district of State last week and the centre was inaugurated by its Chairman and RJD MLC Sunil Kumar Singh.

On the occasion, Singh urged farmers to use the newly developed IFFCO Nano Urea instead of chemical fertilizers. This will result in higher yields and profit. Half a litre of Nano urea works like a sack of fertilizer. Foliar spray is done by mixing 120 litres of water in half a litre. Biscomaun is making efforts to make it available among the farmers in sufficient quantities, he added.

The Biscomaun Chairman further added that development of farmers and agriculture would not be possible without co-ops. With the opening of a new kisan service centre, fertilizers and other items would be available at reasonable prices. Farmers will get fertilizer at the rate of Rs 265 as well as insurance of Rs 4,000 per bag”, he said while addressing the function.

Bihar State Cooperative Bank Chairman Ramesh Chandra Choubey, Biscomaun Managing Director Rampratap Singh, IFFCO’s State Marketing Manager Sumeshwar Singh participated in the event.
