    Shoulder Frustration

    Hi!

First time here, not my first time working out.

I have casually played many different sports as well as martial arts and gym. Lots of cardio. I do better sex exercises mostly.

I have been wanting to lift more but I keep having repeated issues with my shoulders and its very frustrating.

I have a hard time sticking to workouts as a habit. I don't really know why other than my mind is always occupied with career work I need to do, along with time spent on women (they like me).

It 'feels' like a 20 minute workout just isn't going to cut it to get into the shape I want. but when I go all out I get exhausted, then I can't do my job.

I eat well and take vitamins/protein.

I've tried many different workouts, but I have had nagging issues with my shoulders.

I have been to doctors, physical therapists, different types of bodywork, all very helpful. But I keep getting shoulder pain/numbness any time I workout my arms, shoulders, or do pushups/planks.

The rest of my body responds very well to workouts, but my shoulders are a recurring problem. Pain, numbness, tingling, shoulders popping, etc.

I really don't know what to do.

I don't have any serious injuries or tears that I know about.

    Any thoughts?
