Stephen Colbert Shoots Down a Report About Obama's Birthday Party Guest List (Video)

Stephen Colbert is speaking out to clear up a false report about the guest list for Barack Obama‘s birthday party over the weekend.

If you didn’t know, Obama celebrated his 60th birthday with a star-studded event at his home in Martha’s Vineyard, which is an island located off the coast of Massachusetts.

It was reported that some of the celebrities who were initially invited to the event were later uninvited due to the rise in COVID-19 cases. Colbert was reportedly one of the celebs who still got an invite and he supposedly attended.

On the Monday night (August 9) episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, he talked about the party and revealed something false about the guest list stories.

“I know what you’re thinking. ‘So Steve, what was the party like?’ I don’t know. I didn’t f–king go. In the massively scaling back, I got massively scaled,” he said.
