    Deadlift 3x5 instead of 1x5 ?

    Guys is doing static 3x5 sets for deadlift ok ? Progress is doing well , Im on 225 lbs/100kg right now. I see most other programs have it on 1x5 and squat 3x5 3 days a week. Is there a crucial reasoning behind this that one must follow ? What I do is I Squat on Workout A for 3x5 and then do Hip Thrusts for a hinge movement and on Workout B I do deadlifts 3x5 and then reverse barbell lunges for anterior chain, so bascially im squatting and deadlifting 1-2 per week alternating between workout a and b. I just think its weird to have more volume on squats, ohp and bench press and then so little on deadlifts. People say its hard on the cns but arent the other compounds as well ? maybe im just wrong would like to get more insight on this,
