I saw this post on tik tok mentioning that if you combine the PPL split and Arnold split it’s supposed to give “crazy gains.” I’m debating on doing this but am not sure if it would actually be viable. The post says the split goes: day 1: chest, shoulders, triceps day 2: back and biceps day 3: legs and abs day 4: chest and back day 5: shoulders and arms day 6: legs. My question regarding this is I’m wondering if there is enough rest in it? Because you only get one rest day out of the week and the days between the same muscle group aren’t that big (especially back you only get 1 day). I’ve been following the push, pull and leg split for probably around 2 years now and want to change it up. Should I go for this split go with the Arnold split or should I just keep the split I am doing? Thanks!
