Thoubal, August 08 2021: The Deputy Commissioner Thoubal, in a statement informed that the Chief Minister gi Angangi Tengbang (Chief Minister Bal Seva) is a scheme for providing assistance to children (below 18 years) who have lost both the parent/surviving parent/legal guardians/adoptive parent(s) and became an orphan due to COVID-19.It also stated that any person may report to District Child Protection Unit of Thoubal for details at the earliest through any of the following contact numbers- District Child Protection Officer, Thoubal (8731088019) and Project Officer (DCPU), Thoubal (7005123371) .
