Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, Indiabulls Infraestate Limited has now informed the Exchange about the reduced face value per debentures of the company pursuant to the company fixing record date for partial redemption.

Hence, Trading Members are advised that the above-mentioned Debentures will be traded with above mentioned reduced face value with effect from August 10, 2021 (DR-091/2021-22).
