Shamita Shetty, Shilpa Shetty's sister, is set to enter the ‘Bigg Boss OTT' house. She made jaws drop when she entered with her iconic song 'Sharara Sharara'. The actress is entering the show following the arrest of her brother-in-law Raj Kundra in a pornography case.

Karan Johar questioned Shamita about her personal life. "Although I have known you for many years, the audience would like to know a little about you,” he continued in Hindi. She responded by saying she is yet to discover her 'OTT' element. Shamita also mentioned that she suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

Shamita stated that the last time she performed housework was two months ago when Karan inquired.

When it came to selecting her ‘connection,' Shamita showed utmost dedication. Rakesh Bapat and Karan Nath were tasked with preparing 'bhel puri.' Rakesh Bapat was the task's winner, and he will now be Shamita's connection on the show.

The 'janta' component will be introduced in 'Bigg Boss OTT', which will stream on Voot. The new format will offer the average person OTT''-like powers by allowing them to handpick candidates and control their stay, duties, and exit from the show.

This is the first time a special digital section has been included to the reality show. With the premiere of Season 15 of 'Bigg Boss,' the show will seamlessly transition to ColorsTv following the completion of the digital exclusive.
