Just heard that he died today... only aged 49.
I don't follow bodybuilding closely so I listened to John on his podcasts and he's always been a super chill, nice guy.
He had a fairly recent heart attack scare, so not sure if that's the cause, but really sucks losing a good dude in an industry full of dumbasses...
